Toasty Buns is a small family-run stand founded by Ryan Grandmont in April 2023, starting as a pushcart before growing into a food truck. It serves grilled all-beef hot dogs on buttered, griddled New England-style rolls, plus nachos and fresh-squeezed lemonade, at locations including Spofford.
