Messy Mike's Barbecue is a Derry food truck and caterer started in 2014 by Messy Mike and his wife Kathryn, who trained in Tennessee and Texas. It serves authentic wood-smoked barbecue with homemade rubs and sauces, including chopped brisket and pulled pork, and was ranked among New Hampshire's top BBQ spots.
