Cheese Louise

Cheese Louise makes artisan, panini-style grilled cheese, some cooked in a mobile wood-fired oven, using locally sourced ingredients. Started by three friends in 2018 with a first shop in North Conway, it has grown to locations in Portsmouth and North Conway plus food trucks touring New England.
