Batulo's Kitchen

Batulo's Kitchen is a Somali food truck and catering business run by Batulo Mahamed, who launched it through the Capitol Center for the Arts' culinary residency program. It specializes in sambusas, traditional hand-held Somali meat and veggie pies, that became a favorite at Concord's multicultural festival.
